The golf course

Being an inland links golf course we offer a very different experience to other local courses. While the front 9 will ease you into your game with a more parkland layout, the challenge of the links style awaits you on the back 9.

With credit to our fantastic greenkeeping staff, the golf course is in great condition all year round.

Frequently asked questions

When do the golf courses open/close?

The course opens 7-days a week between 07:00 – 08:30 depending on the time of year. It closes at sunset every evening.

Can anyone book a round?

We welcome everyone – you do not have to be a member to play. If you are a newcomer to golf then we recommend that you take golf lessons before book a round. Golf is an amazing activity, but you’ll enjoy a lot more if you pick up the basics first.

Do I have to bring my own clubs?

We provide sets of quality rental clubs, available to rent online or when you arrive at the clubhouse (subject to availability). We always recommend to reserve your rental clubs online when you book your tee time, to ensure availability. We do not permit sharing clubs as this can signficantly slow down play.

Do I have to book to use driving range?

No, there’s no need to book a bay. Simply turn up and purchase a bucket of balls from the contactless dispenser, which accepts all debit & credit cards except Amex.

Is parking available?

Yes there is plenty of free parking, right next to the clubhouse.

Is there a dress code on the golf courses?

No, unlike many clubs, we don’t believe in dress codes. Just wear whatever is comfortable – just remember you’ll be outdoors for several hours, so pack some waterproofs and something warm. We recommend golf shoes as they offer much more grip in all weathers, but trainers are fine too.

Are golf buggies available to rent?

We have a large fleet of rental buggies. We advise you to reserve your buggy online when you book your tee time. We continue to sanitise buggies before and after use.
