This isn’t your typical golf competition, it’s a truly open event. You don’t even need an official club handicap to enter.

Frequently asked questions
Who can enter?
The best thing about our Loyaltee™ Open is that it’s truly open! Everyone is welcome to enter (entrants must be 16+ years). You don’t need to be a member – you don’t even need a formal club handicap.
What if I don't have a club handicap?
No problem. Using Toptracer30® technology, you’ll take part in a quick playing test on driving range. After just 30 shots, you’ll get an instant, accurate playing handicap to take out onto the course.
If you haven’t already used Toptracer30® to generate a playing handicap, please arrive 45 mins before your tee time, so you can complete the playing test.
Can I enter on my own?
Yes of course. The Loyaltee™ Open is a pairs competition, so we’ll pair you up with another golfer.
What's the competition format?
The competition is played in pairs over 18 holes, using ‘betterball’ rules. This fun format is perfect for pairs competitions, as only the best score is recorded for each hole.
What are the entry fees?
Standard tickets are only £35 per person when purchased in advance.
Loyaltee™ 1 Month & 12 Month members enjoy an exclusive discounted rate of £15 per person when purchased in advance.

Is food & drink included?
Entry includes complimentary coffee/tea and breakfast rolls on arrival and an all-day BBQ will be available after your round. Alternatively, you can order from our Clubhouse Menu.
A mobile catering buggy will be in operation throughout the event, serving up ice cold beers & soft drinks.
What if I can't make it?
If you are no longer able to attend, please call us at least 48 hours before the event and we’ll arrange a refund. Regretfully we are unable to issue refunds if cancel less than 48 hours in advance.

- By submitting this form you are registering to enter to the Loyaltee™ Summer Open.
- If you have selected a Loyaltee™ member ticket then you must hold valid Loyaltee™ 1 Month or 12 Month membership. We reserve the right to cancel your entry if you do not hold a valid membership.
- Tee times are subject to availability and you will receive an email in advance of the event to confirm your start time. We make every effort to match your preferred tee time, but your tee time may be reserved in an earlier or later time band depending on availability.
- If you have opted to pay in advance, a member of our team will contact you to arrange secure ClearCourse® card payment over the phone and payment receipt will be sent to you by email.
