Terms & Conditions

1. The subscription term is 12 months from the start date, and renews annually. During the term you will be assigned exclusive use of one locker. Ownership of the locker remains with Glendale Golf at all times.
2. The subscription fee is £100 (including VAT) per annum, due in advance. Glendale Golf reserves the right to amend this fee. You will be notified of any fee changes in advance of the new rental term.
3. Subscription fees will not be refunded if you cancel the subscription during the 12 month term.
4. You will be notified when your 12 month subscription is due for renewal. You have 14 days to renew your subscription, otherwise it will be cancelled.
5. Glendale Golf reserves the right to gain entry into lockers with lapsed subscriptions and dispose of any remaining items.
6. You are required to provide your own padlock to secure your assigned locker. Glendale Golf Ltd will not be liable for any costs associated with replacing padlocks in the event of lost keys or faulty padlocks. You will be liable for any repair or replacement costs if forced entry is required to access your locker, following loss of keys or faulty padlocks.
7. You may only store items in your assigned locker. Any items left outside or on top of your locker will be removed and disposed.
8. Access to the locker room is within normal clubhouse opening hours only.
9. Every effort is made to secure the locker rooms, however Glendale Golf is not liable for loss, damage or theft of any items stored in your locker. We strongly advise you to take out suitable personal insurance to protect your equipment.
10. Glendale Golf is not liable for costs to replace or repair damaged lockers.
11. The locker room door combination lock is periodically changed. We will notify you by email when we change the lock code.
