Duxbury Park is working in conjunction with Chorley council and England Golf in providing golf activities for members of our community with life limiting conditions such as dementia.

Golf provides great mental stimulation for people with dementia, so we are looking for your support in taking small groups around our short academy course. You will be working as part of a team, with full support and training provided.
