Changes from 21st June

All tee times are booked online – click here and select your local Glendale Golf Centre to view available tee times. Please note that you must have an advance booking to play golf – we are unable to permit entry without a confirmed booking.

Changes to Government guidelines means you’ll be able to enjoy food and drinks (including alcohol) when you visit. Orders must be placed from your table using our table ordering app. The ‘Rule of 6’ applies to indoor dining and no more than 30 in a group for outdoor hospitality. We cannot serve you if you are not seated at a table. You do not need to reserve a table, but they are subject to availability and may be limited during busier times.

Takeout food & (non-alcoholic) drinks can be ordered from the clubhouse as normal – there is no need to order from a table.

Toilets and changing rooms will be open when you visit – there will be limits to the number of users at any one time, so please observe customer signs. Face coverings must be worn when entering our premises.

From 21st June we return to permitting two people to share a buggy. We advise all customers to wear a face covering if you are sharing a buggy and we will continue to sanitise buggies before and after use.

Buggies should be reserved online at the same time you book your tee, but we do have a limited number of buggies set aside to rent on the day (these cannot be prebooked and are subject to availability).

Club hire (and loan clubs for the driving range) will be unavailable until further notice, so we are asking customers to bring their own equipment. The increased demand for golf makes it more challenging to sanitise rental and loan clubs, so in order to prioritise the safety of our staff and customers we have made the decision to temporarily suspend rental clubs.

We will be reviewing this ahead of Step 4 of the Roadmap and we will reintroduce rental clubs at the appropriate time.

Pull trolleys can be rented as normal and must not be shared.

We will be continuing to sanitise rental buggies and trolleys.

All Glendale Golf driving ranges reopened in March (the driving range at Castle Point Golf Course is closed for a major refurbishment and is expected to reopen in May – find out more). We will prioritising your safety, with clear guidelines about social distancing, contactless payment etc.

Prebooked tee times cannot be changed online, however a member of our team will be pleased to reschedule your tee time. This must be requested over the phone – we are unable to accept email requests to reschedule tee times).

The same applies if you want to add extra players to existing tee bookings – please contact your local Glendale Golf Centre and a member of our team will be pleased to assist over the phone.

We can only add extra players over the phone as we’ll need to take a debit/credit card payment. We are unable to accept bookings/payments on arrival.

Golf lessons resumed in March with strict COVID safety measures. You can now prebook a lesson online at Richmond Park Golf Course.

• Outdoor coaching is permitted with no limit on group numbers for either adults or children in line with Government regulations on organised sport.
• Indoor coaching is permitted in accordance to the ‘Rule of six’.
• Loan clubs are available for prebooked golf lessons, but not available for general range use. Please inform your coach in advance if you require loan clubs, so they can be prepared/sanitised ahead of your lesson.
