Congratulations to Garrick Ingham, who has been awarded Employee of the Month for September, at Richmond Park Golf Course.
His journey into greenkeeping started with Veterans’ Growth, a small charity based in East Sussex that provides social and therapeutic horticulture to ex-armed forces personnel (read more about the incredible work of Veterans’ Growth).
Garrick has made a big impression in the short time he has been with us, notably the interest he has taken in all areas of our business. He’s contributed not just to the greenkeeping team, but also supports a very busy the driving range operation on weekends, demonstrating his multitasking skills.
We’re delighted to have been able to give Garrick a new career, and he’s a brilliant addition to our team.
