How do I book a tee time?
All tee times are booked online – click here and select your local Glendale Golf Centre to view available tee times. Please note that you must have an advance booking to play golf – we are unable to permit entry without a confirmed booking.
Can I make changes to my prebooked tee time?
Prebooked tee times cannot be changed online, however a member of our team will be pleased to assist. Our teams return on 29th March so please contact your local Glendale Golf Centre after this date – we are unable to make any changes to prebooked tee times before then.
The same applies to adding extra players to existing tee bookings – please contact your local Glendale Golf Centre after 29th March and a member of our team will be pleased to assist. We can only add extra players over the phone as we’ll need to take a debit/credit card payment.
Will the driving ranges reopen on 29th March?
All Glendale Golf driving ranges will reopen on 29th March (the driving range at Castle Point Golf Course is closed for a major refurbishment and is expected to reopen in May – find out more). We will prioritising your safety, with clear guidelines about social distancing, contactless payment etc.

I was a member before lockdown. What happens to my membership plan?
Loyaltee™ 12 Month members (annual contract) who pay by Direct Debit
Your membership was suspended during the lockdown and it will resume automatically when we reopen on 29th March. Your payments will start again from 1st May. There will be nothing to pay in April because your payment was taken for January, just before the lockdown started.
Loyaltee™ 12 Month members (annual contract) who pay by annually
Your membership was suspended during the lockdown and it will resume automatically when we reopen on 29th March. Your renewal date will remain the same as before, so we will be contacting you to invite you to renew as normal. For example, if your membership is due for renewal on 1st May you will receive an renewal invitation for the normal annual fee, minus a credit for the months you missed.
Loyaltee™ 1 Month members
Your membership was suspended during the lockdown and it will resume automatically when we reopen on 29th March. Your payments will start again from 1st May. There will be nothing to pay in April because your payment was taken for January, just before the lockdown started. Please remember to give us 14 days notice by email if you wish to cancel before 1st May.
Will the clubhouses be open from 29th March?
Our clubhouses will open again from 29th March, but only for limited purposes e.g. toilets and takeout food & non-alcoholic drinks. The changing rooms and both indoor and outdoor seating areas will remain closed until 12th April. Please remember that it is still a legal requirement to wear a face covering when entering the clubhouses, unless you’re exempt.
Will you be serving food & drink outdoors from 12th April?
We expect to reopen our outdoor dining spaces from 12th April, subject to Government guidelines. This means you’ll be able to enjoy food and drinks (including alcoholic drinks) in our pleasant outdoor settings. Orders must be placed from your table using our table ordering app and the ‘Rule of 6’ applies – we cannot serve you if you are not seated at a table. You do not need to reserve a table, but tables are subject to availability.
Will you be serving food & drink indoors from 17th May?
We expect to reopen our indoor dining spaces from 17th May, subject to Government guidelines. This means you’ll be able to enjoy food and drinks (including alcoholic drinks) in the comfort of our clubhouses. Orders must be placed from your table using our table ordering app and the ‘Rule of 6’ applies – we cannot serve you if you are not seated at a table. You do not need to reserve a table, but tables are subject to availability.
Will I be able to rent clubs, buggies & trolleys?
Buggies are available to rent, but strictly one person only, even if you are from the same household. The only exception is parent/child under 16 years. Buggies should be reserved online at the same time you book your tee.
Club hire (and loan clubs for the driving range) will be unavailable until further notice, so we are asking customers to bring their own equipment.
Pull trolleys can be rented as normal and must not be shared.
We will be continuing to sanitise rental buggies and trolleys.

Can I book a golf lesson?
Golf lessons will resume from 29th March with strict COVID safety measures. You can now prebook a lesson online at Richmond Park Golf Course.
- Outdoor coaching is permitted from 29th March with no limit on group numbers for either adults or children in line with Government regulations on organised sport.
- Indoor coaching is not permitted until 12th April when it can return on a one-to-one basis.
- Indoor coaching according to the ‘Rule of six’ can return from 17th May.

How can I contact my local Glendale Golf Centre?
Our centres remain closed until 29th March, so please do not phone or visit beforehand. If you need to contact us please visit our website – we are operating on minimal staffing so please expect a delay in responding. You can also use our ‘chat’ function on our website.
What safety measures do you have in place?
Since the start of the pandemic, our priority has been the safety and welfare of our staff and customers. We have made several changes to our operation to make sure your visit is safe and enjoyable:
