Do I have to be a member to play at your course?
We welcome everyone – you do not have to be a member to play. If you are a newcomer to golf then we recommend that you take golf lessons before book a round. Golf is an amazing activity, but you’ll enjoy a lot more if you pick up the basics first.
How do I book a tee time?
Click here to view available tee times & green fees. Our golf course is really popular so we recommend you book in advance using our online booking system.
Is it cheaper to book online?
Yes – you’ll save £5 per person when you book a tee online, compared to our instore prices. The discount is automatically applied to our online prices.
We recommend you add your guests to your tee when you book online. They are welcome to pay on arrival, but they’ll pay full price.
Can we share a set of clubs?
Sharing clubs can seriously slow down the pace of play, so we ask each player to have a set of clubs – half sets are fine.
If you don’t have a set of clubs or want to avoid the hassle of bringing them, we have quality Spalding™ rental clubs available.

What should I wear?
We love golf, but hate dress codes. Your valuable leisure time should be enjoyed without having to worry about what to wear.
Simply wear whatever is comfortable – just remember you’ll be outdoors for several hours, so pack some waterproofs and something warm. We recommend golf shoes as they offer much more grip in all weathers, but trainers are fine too.
Do you allow dogs on the course?
Well-behaved four-legged friends are welcome to join you on the golf course, but they must be kept on a lead at all times.
We don’t recommend to take dogs onto the driving range due to the close proximity of other golfers in a confined space.
Can I book a round on my own?
We welcome solo golfers, but we may request a minimum of two golfers per booking during busy times. This is to avoid solo golfers getting held up by larger groups. Our online booking system clearly shows the minimum number required for each tee time.
We do not ‘pair up’ golfers, so your tee time is exclusively yours (and any guests you add).
Can I change or cancel my tee time?
Please call 020 8848 1765 if you need to cancel your tee time, or add guests. We are unable to offer refunds for prepaid tee times, but we will be pleased to reschedule your tee time to another day.
What happens if someone in my group can't play?
We are unable to offer partial refunds if a member of your group is unable to play, however we will be pleased to reschedule your complete booking to another day. Please call 020 8848 1765 and a member of our team will be pleased to assist.
What is Loyaltee™ 1 Month?
Loyaltee™ 1 Month is golf’s most flexible membership plan. Why pay for a year’s membership if you only want to play in the summer? It’s the only golf membership that can be cancelled anytime.
Plans include unlimited access to our golf course. You can choose midweek or any day options, depending on your budget and lifestyle.
Coming this summer – all Loyaltee™ 1 Month plans include England Golf affiliation and a WHS handicap, meaning you can take part in a busy schedule of competitions.
As a member, do I have to pay a green fee?
Golfers with Loyaltee™ 1 Month plans enjoy unlimited golf! There is nothing further to pay to access the golf course once you’ve signed up.
If you select the midweek-only option then you are welcome to play on weekends and bank holidays, but you will be charged a green fee when you reserve a tee.
During peak times we may request a minimum of two golfers per booking, to avoid solo golfers being held up by larger groups. Please check our online booking system before reserving a solo tee time.
Does Loyaltee™ 1 Month include competitions?
Coming this summer! All Loyatee™ 1 Month plans will include England Golf affiliation and access to a busy schedule of club competitions. Your plan will also include an official WHS handicap.
Golfers who prefer to pay & play can also enjoy the above benefits for an additional annual fee.
How do I book a tee time?
Loyaltee™ 1 Month plans include an online booking account. You’re just a click away from booking your next round.
Do my guests get a green fee discount?
If you have a Loyaltee™ 1 Month plan you can add guests to your tee time, who will get a further 10% off our online prices.
Discount only available for online tee times booked in advance. Payment will be required at the time of booking.
Full price green fees will be charged if your guests pay on arrival.
How do I cancel my Loyaltee™ 1 Month plan?
Loyaltee™ 1 Month plans automatically renew on the 1st of each month. You can cancel your plan by providing 7 days notice before your next renewal date.

What are your opening times?
The Toptracer® Range is open 7:30am to 9pm (Mon-Fri) and 7am to 8pm (weekends).

Do I have to book a bay?
No, there’s no need to book a bay. Simply turn up and choose your bucket size at the contactless dispenser.

Do you have a short game area?
There is a floodlit chipping/putting green next to the Toptracer® Range, which is open to everyone.

Can I bring someone along to my lesson?
Personal golf lessons are designed to help you get the most from your session, but you are welcome to bring along others. There’s an additional fee of £10 per person, which can be added as an extra before checkout.
How do I book a golf lesson?

What equipment do I need?
Range balls are provided free of charge. Feel free to bring your own clubs, but we can provide free loan clubs for your lesson – please add a note when your book your lesson online, so our coaches can prepare your clubs in advance.
Where do lessons take place?
We have a brilliant range of practice facilities here at London Airlinks Golf Course. Your lesson will take place on the Toptracer® Range, short game areas, academy course or full-size golf courses depending on the lesson type. Your coach will advise on what’s best.
Can I change or cancel my golf lesson?
All golf lessons are booked online and subject to our standard booking terms & conditions. Please contact your golf coach if you are unable to make your lesson and we will do our best to reschedule to another day. Please note we are unable to offer refunds for prebooked lessons. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule.
